Refunds  

We accept returns for a refund within 14 days from the date your order was placed. If 14 days have gone by since your initial purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. If the product(s) have signs that it was worn, misused, damaged, altered, or tampered with a refund will not be issued.

All damages must be reported within 2 days of you receiving the products or cannot be returned.

The following are excluded for a return, a refund or exchange: pre-fabricated wigs, custom wigs, regular wigs, sales, discounts, clip-ins, tape extensions, wig alterations, alter wigs or hair ventilation's.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not tampered. . All request should be sent to customerservice@ebelleboutique.com. Once you received approval from EBelle’ send your item to: 1031 Ives Dairy Road, Suite 228, North Miami Beach, Florida US 33179.

We do not accept returns for a refund if you changed your mind about the product(s). All refunds will be applied as a credit to the original form of payment.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All packages will require a signature and sent only to the address matching the credit card, debit card or bank account associated with it. This is required for the safety of your investment. Please proof your order for accuracy of your information and products before completion. EBelle'  Boutique, will not accept responsibility for the wrong products ordered and shipments to the wrong address unless there was an error on our behalf. If you provided the wrong address and your package was returned. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to you. If we shipped it to the wrong address then we will pay for shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

We advise you to use a traceable shipping service to track your package or purchase shipping insurance to insure your investment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. However, when we do receive your returned item we will contact via email.
